Terms of Service & Legal Notice

By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Pro Spark, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.

1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia (WA), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, thread sizing dimensions, heat ranges, and pricing. Independent Automotive Aftermarket Brand Notice: Pro Spark is an independent automotive aftermarket ignition parts retailer. Pro Spark is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by NGK Spark Plugs, Denso, Bosch Automotive, Champion, MSD Ignition, or Delphi. Any vehicle make, model, or engine code references (e.g., "compatible with Toyota 2JZ / Ford Falcon Barra / Subaru EJ20") are made strictly for functional specification, cross-reference fitment, and mechanical clarity. Pro Spark reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Torque Specifications, Engine Installation & Calibration Disclaimer

Mechanical Installation Warning: Spark plugs and ignition coils must always be installed according to vehicle manufacturer torque specifications using a calibrated torque wrench. Cross-threading, overtightening into aluminum cylinder heads, or dropping spark plugs (which causes hidden internal ceramic fractures and premature ground electrode failure) can cause catastrophic internal engine damage. Always inspect and verify factory spark plug gap settings with an appropriate feeler gauge prior to installation. Pro Spark is not liable for stripped cylinder head threads, cracked insulators, engine misfires, pre-ignition detonation, or vehicle damage resulting from improper torque application, incorrect heat range selection, or unlicensed mechanical installation.
